History
The proposed institute was founded with the vision of preserving the authenticity, dignity, and scientific spirit of Vedic Astrology and Vastu Shastra. Inspired by more than four and a half decades of experience in astrology, the founder, Dr. U. K. Jha, was deeply influenced by the teachings and analytical approach of his revered mentor, Sri J. N. Bhasin.
Over the years, Dr. Jha closely observed both the strengths and challenges within the field of astrology — including the spread of misinformation, commercialization, and superficial teaching methods that often misguide sincere students. Recognizing the urgent need for principled and research-oriented education, he envisioned an institution dedicated to genuine learning rooted in classical wisdom, logic, and ethical practice.
The institute was therefore established not merely as a center for education, but as a platform to guide students toward authentic knowledge, rational understanding, disciplined research, and responsible application of Vedic sciences for the welfare of society.
Vision
To emerge as a globally respected center for authentic Vedic knowledge by preserving the purity, dignity, and scientific spirit of Vedic Astrology and Vastu Shastra while nurturing responsible scholars, researchers, and practitioners guided by wisdom, ethics, and rationality.
The institute envisions a future where Vedic sciences are studied with intellectual honesty, disciplined methodology, and deep conceptual understanding rather than sensational or superficial approaches. It aims to protect genuine seekers from misinformation and promote the harmonious integration of ancient wisdom with logical and contemporary understanding.
The institute believes that Vedic Astrology is not merely a predictive system, but a profound spiritual and philosophical science that guides individuals toward self-awareness, righteous living, and higher consciousness.

The mission of the institute is to provide authentic, research-oriented, and principle-based education in Vedic Astrology and Vastu Shastra by integrating classical wisdom with logical interpretation, practical application, and ethical values.
